How often do we find ourselves waiting on hold for the customer care services executive to assist us or struggling with their IVR menu to find the right option to help solve our query or problem? And we often end up thinking in these moments that how wonderful it would have been had the teleservices provided for a direct number for the customer care or had they provided voice search on their system so that our lives would have been more easier and less complicated with these network providers.

- Simplifying Tariff / Pricing in telecom
- Simplifying Product
