So, if you thought folks over at Nokia were sitting tight brooding over Symbian^3, here’s some info to prove you wrong. The team of developers working for MeeGo has announced the release of the first dual boot supporting version of MeeGo OS for the Nokia N900. That’s right. MeeGo 1.1 has arrived!
N900 users can now install MeeGo AND Maemo on their phones and enjoy the option of a phone with dual booting capabilities. Trust me, this user geeky stuff that no other phones as of now can match (Legally! The company is asking you to do it). Before you attempt this, let us inform you that MeeGo as of now is a perfectly unfinished product. You won’t be able to do much with it in its current form. But then, it’s a brilliant way to show off your geekism.
