Folks over at BGR have come across a video that’s purportedly showing off Nokia’s next X Series handset, the X7-00. Going by naming scheme, this looks to be an upgrade to the existing X6. The sleek handset is shown in the video to have 4 speakers and would come possible support for surround sound – thanks to Nokia’s recent tie up with Dolby.
The phone runs Symbian and specs wise, matches the N8 albeit with a heavier focus on the music capabilities. The display seems to be larger than the one on the N8 and the camera at the back is most likely to be an 8 megapixel unit.
As we were filing this post, the video seems to have been removed. This was expected. But BGR did manage to glimpse a screenshot of the phone from the video. A picture too has been leaked.
