Samsung Continuum User Manual Appears on Verizon Website

Days after we first heard of the Samsung Continuum – which is basically a Galaxy S tailor made for EVDO networks, user manuals for the phone has appeared on the Verizon website (PDF). This is particularly interesting because the phone is yet to be officially announced. The phone is expected to be released along with a bunch of other phones on November 11.The user manuals for the phone were accompanied by 360 degree views. On the features front, the Continuum features a 3.4? display with a 480×800 pixel WVGA resolution. There is a small 1.8 inch display at the bottom which might be  world’s first. This ticker display would show notifications for incoming calls, new messages and emails, social networking updates, and some functions with the music player and VZ Navigator. If you notice, the specs are similar to the existing lineup of Galaxy S devices.

These include a 1GHz Hummingbird processor running Android 2.1 with TouchWiz 3.0. The camera is a 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash and 720p video recording. It gets 2GB of internal memory (384MB RAM / 512MB Flash) and will come with an 8GB microSDHC card pre-installed.
